WHAT ARE LASH EXTENSIONS?

Eyelash extensions are an effective way of enhancing your natural beauty and appearance. The extensions are semi-permanent, synthetic, faux mink or silk fibers that are applied strand by strand with specially formulated non-irritating glue to your own natural lashes to enhance your eyes. Each set of lashes are customized to fit your preference, eye shape, and natural eyelashes. It is completely up to you to decide which set of lashes you love! With a variety of fullness and sizing to choose from, you can decide to go full glam or keep it natural or anything in between!  Women love extensions because they can make lashes appear fuller, longer, and younger looking, while completely eliminating the need for mascara. WHAT ARE LASH LIFTS?

Lash lifts are designed to boost the curl pattern of your own lashes and provide you with the classic no-makeup makeup look. But how does it work? A lash lift is a chemical process that lifts your lashes. Unlike lash extensions, this type of lash enhancement only works with your natural lash length. There are no faux lashes involved in this procedure. That is the best part of this service! This treatment boosts one of your natural features to its fullest potential. Best of all, it is a very low maintenance service. You can expect to maintain your lash lift for up to three-six weeks.

WHAT IS A REMOVAL?

Removals are a treatment dedicated to remove all existing lash extensions with a gel remover solution. The remover solution is applied to the extensions to dissolve the adhesive bond that holds the extensions to your natural lash. Please leave removals to the professionals, you can damage your lashes if you attempt to remove your extensions at home by pulling them off.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH LASH SET IS BEST FOR ME?

WHAT IS THE MAINTENACE FOR MY LASH SET?

Your aftercare routine is essential when keeping up with the maintenance of your lashes. It is best to avoid any water or steam within the first 24/48 hours of your visit. Sleeping on your back is ideal or you can use our sleeping mask to avoid fallout during your sleep, making sure to use oil free products, brushing daily is essential to keeping your lashes straight and tidy. Avoid using mascara or eyelash curlers. Avoid extreme heat. Avoid picking, pulling, & rubbing. Book your fills every 2-3 weeks, no more than 21 days to maintain the look. New full sets are required every 2-3 months. Lastly, it is essential that you wash your lashes DAILY to maintain a clean & fresh set. For this we recommend our AFTERCARE products which are available at both our locations.

DO YOU OFFER ANY ADD ON SERVICES?

Absolutely! We offer hint of color services that can be added on to any service for a pop of fun! We offer a variety of colored lashes that can be applied to specific areas of the lash line or throughout the entire set for a fun colorful look! Simply add on this service when booking your appointment online or call us to add it on to your appointment!

WHAT IS A FILL? HOW OFTEN SHOULD I COME IN FOR FILLS?

During a fill service, the technician will remove any outgrown lash extensions and replace them with new lash extensions. Just like your hair, your lashes grow & fall daily & overtime you will start noticing gaps, this is when the lash fill comes in! Lash fills take anywhere between 1 hour to 1.5 hours. We offer fills on every set, and we recommend that you come in every 2-3 weeks (no more than 21 days) from your previous fill/full set appointment. If you have less than 40% of extensions left, you must book for a new set.

I AM RUNNING LATE FOR MY APPOINTMENT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We reserve the exact amount of time needed for your service, but we understand things can happen. For this reason, we do offer a 15 minute grace period to allow for your arrival. Should you exceed these 15 minutes, you do risk forfeiting your appointment. For any other questions regarding your appointment please call us at the location of your appointment reservation.
